PRIVACY POLICY This privacy policy (the Policy) sets out how Wizick Legal Private Limited (us, our, or we) collect and use information from individuals who access or use http://wizick.com/ and its sub-domains and/or any of our other sites, products, or services that link to this Policy (the Software). By using our Software, you understand that we will collect and use your information as described in this Policy (collectively you).
If you or your organisation has a contract with us, (Contract would imply having a registered account) that contract may have privacy terms that also apply to the information you provide to us under that contract. Please review the terms in that contract as they may be different or more restrictive than the terms in this Policy.
Wizick’s core product and services help users template, draft, collaborate, negotiate, e-sign, e-stamp and analyse contracts. As part of our Software, users want us to collect and record information that helps the parties draft their contracts, manage their documents and prove the validity of the documents that are e-signed on the Software. This information includes the persons who are involved in the creation and negotiation of the contracts and the devices those persons use. The information shall also include the parties which are part of the Contracts/Agreements not necessarily having a registered account with us. If the user which is registered with us is using our platform to draft any document then the information of the parties which are part of the agreement shall also be collected provided such information is provided by the users who have a registered account/Contract with us.
1. HOW WE COLLECT DATA ABOUT YOU
We gather information on site visitors, software users, the devices they use, and occasionally their locations in order to deliver and improve our software as well as to assist marketing.

You also provide us with information about others when you use parts of our Software, such as when you: • Add others as a member to an existing account or document. • Add information of counterparties which are part of the document drafted by you • Refer friends Your main choice for this type of information is simply not providing it, such as by not creating a profile on the Software.
b) Information we automatically collect about you When you use our software, we automatically collect information from you and your devices, even if you only browse our websites or use our apps without checking in.
The information we automatically collect includes: • Device, Usage Information, and Transactional Data, such as: o IP address o Precise geolocation information that you allow our apps to access (usually from your mobile device) o Unique device identifiers and device attributes, like operating system and browser type • Usage data, such as: o web log data, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages and content viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time you used our Software, the frequency of your use of our Software, error logs, and other similar information
• Transactional data, such as: o names and email addresses of parties to the document o history of actions that individuals take on a document (e.g. draft, review, negotiate sign) o information about those individuals or their devices, such as name, email address, IP address, and authentication methods
• Cookies and Related Technologies. To store or gather information, we may make use of tracking pixels, local shared objects, and cookies, little text files that are stored onto your device. Cookies can help advertisers better target their ads by storing your preferences and username.
• To analyse user user preferences, we employ a variety of analytics providers. Cookies are used to collect usage information about users of the Wizick Application, such as the sites they visit, how long they stay on each page, and the website or page they were on prior to visiting the Wizick website.
• Adverts for our Software. We might also employ tools like Google to provide you personalised advertisements for our Software on other websites. On your computer or other device(s) you use to access our Software, we let these third parties to use and access their own cookies. c) Information we collect about you from third parties

• Our users may give us your information. For example, if a customer wants to draft any contract which involves you then all the necessary information for drafting and execution of such document shall be provided to us.

• For purpose of e-signature, information of government authorized identity cards is collected and such information is processed as per rules, regulations, guidelines and authorization of CCA (Controller of Certifying Authorities), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India.
d) Information we collect and process on behalf of our customers
As a data processor, when one of our customers uses our software, we process and retain some information on their behalf. For instance, we work primarily as a data processor and handle information on the client's behalf and in line with their instructions when they prepare a contract or other document for your review or signature. In certain situations, the client, acting as the data controller, is in charge of the majority of the information processing activities.
